Kinneret Shabbaton

Dear 8th Grade Parent:

My wife Sorah and I, together with counselors, Menuchie and her friends, invite the entire 8th grade of Kinneret Day School to be our guests at a Shabbaton in the Crown Heights community for the weekend (Shabbat) of January 8th and 9th . Your child will stay in one of the homes of our families and friends.

The bus will leave from Kinneret Day School on Friday, January 8th, straight from school, leaving at 10AM. Your child should be picked up Saturday night 9:30 PM from NBC Studios at 49th Street & Rockefeller Plaza (bet. Rockefeller Plaza & 5th Avenue) in Manhattan. Your child will only be released to the person designated on the permission slip.

Please fill out the form below and return it to school by Monday, November 16th. To help defray some of the costs we are asking each child to pay $125.00 (check to Chabad of Riverdale or Zelle to [email protected]). Ice skating at Rockefeller center is an additional $49.

We look forward to spending Shabbat together. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at [email protected].

Sincerely,
Rabbi Levi Y. Shemtov, Sorah Shemtov and Menuchie Yerushalmi
